Managing Member

Antonio Eubanks Sr. is the Managing Member of Impactis Group, a certified bench jeweler, and the inventor of the HEIRMUFFS™ interchangeable jewelry system. His work began with a practical jewelry question: why should a customer have to replace an entire earring when one component is damaged, uncomfortable, or no longer suited to the wearer?

With more than a decade and a half of combined experience across the music and jewelry industries, Antonio brings a practiced understanding of craftsmanship, brand development, customer engagement, sales, and commercial growth to Impactis Group.

Drawing on bench-jewelry knowledge, product observation, and customer insight, Antonio developed HEIRMUFFS™ as a three-part system built around separately selected Front Sets, Adult or Child Stem Sets, and Universal Screw-Backs. The result is an interchangeable jewelry platform designed to support replaceability, flexible fit, collection expansion, gifting, and lasting retailer-customer relationships.

At Impactis Group, Antonio leads product vision, brand development, sales strategy, retailer engagement, and market expansion. He works in close partnership with Chief Financial Officer Tyisha Gillette, MBA, CPA, and Chief Operating Officer Jason Gillette, whose financial and operational leadership provides the structure required to advance HEIRMUFFS™ thoughtfully and professionally.

Tyisha Gillette, MBA, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

With more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, Tyisha Gillette, MBA, CPA, is a founding partner and the Chief Financial Officer of Impactis Group, where she shapes the firm’s financial vision, operational discipline, and long-term growth strategy. Her career spans Accounting and Finance Controllership roles within private equity and public-equities environments, giving her deep experience in complex financial structures, portfolio-company operations, and value creation. A Pepperdine MBA and Certified Public Accountant, Tyisha brings analytical rigor, clarity, empathy, and purpose to Impactis Group’s financial leadership and responsible growth.

Jason Gillette

Chief Operating Officer

With a background spanning military leadership, healthcare consulting, and cross-sector program development, Jason Gillette specializes in translating complex processes into practical workflow solutions that improve delivery and organizational capacity. His healthcare consulting experience extends across government and university settings, strengthening the coordinated and results-focused approach he brings to Impactis Group. Jason has collaborated with county health departments, universities, and rural health partners to lead initiatives including community health assessments, opioid-response strategies, and clinical-systems integration. Guided by a service-first mindset, he brings disciplined coordination, operational clarity, and measurable execution to Impactis Group.
