Wholesale opening requirements

• Silver opening minimum: 48 qualifying Front Sets when silver is represented, all at regular approved wholesale pricing.
• Silver volume incentive: Qualifying silver Front Sets 1–72 remain at regular approved wholesale pricing. The 10% incentive begins only with qualifying unit 73 and applies only to qualifying units 73 and above; it is not retroactive.
• Silver matched components: Stem Sets and Universal Screw-Backs never count toward the 72-Front-Set threshold. For each discounted qualifying Front Set unit 73 and above, one matched Stem Set and one matched pair of Universal Screw-Backs may receive 10% after Impactis review. Extra, unmatched, and replacement components remain at regular wholesale pricing.
• Gold opening minimum: 12 combined qualifying 10K and 14K Front Sets when gold is represented.
• Gold opening allowance: With 12–48 qualifying gold Front Sets, one matched same-karat Stem Set and one matched same-karat pair of Universal Screw-Backs may receive the existing 5% opening-order allowance after Impactis review.
• Gold unit-49 allowance: Beginning with qualifying gold Front Set unit 49, eligible matched same-karat components may receive 10% after Impactis review.
• Non-stacking: The 5% and 10% component allowances cannot stack, and no item may receive two merchandise discounts.
• Exclusions: Shipping, taxes, duties, gift cards, and other excluded charges are not discounted.
• Replacements: Approved accounts may place component-only replacement orders at regular wholesale pricing.
