Anyone may browse HEIRMUFFS™ products, collections, and system education. Approved retailers sign in to view private wholesale pricing, approved MSRP guidance, opening-order progress, and secure purchasing tools.

The opening and qualified-order framework

• Silver: 48 qualifying Front Sets when silver is represented.
• Gold: 12 combined qualifying 10K and 14K Front Sets when gold is represented.
• 49-Front-Set threshold: At 49 combined qualifying Front Sets, the entire eligible merchandise order receives the approved 10% qualified-order adjustment.
• Components: Stem Sets and Universal Screw-Backs do not count toward the 49-Front-Set threshold.
• Exclusions: Shipping, taxes, duties, gift cards, and other excluded charges are not discounted.
• Gold matched components: Orders containing 12–48 qualifying gold Front Sets may receive manual review for approved matched same-karat component pricing.
• Replacements: Approved accounts may place component-only replacement orders.

How purchasing works

2. Receive access

   Approved retailers receive private catalog and purchasing access.

3. Build and review

   Select Front Sets and components, then confirm the requirements and acknowledgment.

4. Checkout and fulfillment

   Complete secure payment. Our operations process reviews the order before manual fulfillment.
