Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Plain-language terms covering account authorization, component selection, secure payment, order review, fulfillment, and separate Net-30 consideration.
Account access and authorization
Wholesale pricing and purchasing access are limited to qualified businesses approved by Impactis Group. Account credentials may not be shared or used to disclose protected pricing.
Products and component selection
Front Sets, Adult Stem Sets, Child Stem Sets, and Universal Screw-Backs are separately sold products. A complete wearable pair requires one Front Set, one compatible Adult or Child Stem Set, and one pair of Universal Screw-Backs.
Opening and qualified orders
The current silver, gold, component, and qualified-order framework is maintained in the Wholesale Catalog. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the applicable requirements before checkout.
Payment, review, and fulfillment
Payment is processed securely at checkout. Paid wholesale orders remain subject to account authorization, opening requirements, product compatibility, and these terms. Our operations process reviews each order before manual fulfillment. An order that does not meet applicable requirements may be canceled and refunded before shipment.
Net-30 and written agreements
Net-30 requests follow a separate business and credit review. Approved account terms and accepted order conditions document the requirements for each relationship.
